Small place with great burgers at good prices. Owners are very personable and friendly, must visit if you're in Viking.
So. Slow. And so bad.We stopped here on Tuesday en route to an appointment in Camrose. We needed a fast meal so we could get to the appointment on time, and I figured this would be good since I'd been a couple of years ago, when it was owned by a Lebanese couple, and it had had good food and fast and friendly service.Not anymore. When we arrived, there was only one customer sitting down. We ordered fish and chips, a denver, a two cups of tea. The other man got his food about 5 minutes after we arrived. We waited and waited for our food. Another couple came in, ordered. They go their burgers one at a time. The teenager was served first, and by the time his mom's burger arrived, he had already finished eating. Still we waited.. It took 25 minutes for our fish and chips to arrive. The denver arrived ten minutes later, at which time my partner had already finished his meal. The denver sandwich was tasty, but the fish and chips had been a deep fryer far too long. Very dark and greasy. We had to ask twice more for our tea. The water came first, lukewarm. The waitress went back for teabags, brought them, and then went back for mugs. When I asked for cream, she had to go hunting. There were also lots of flies in the restaurant.There are other cafes in town. Choose one of them.
this place used to be the best burger,pizza place within 200km now its shrilling downhill to many shortcuts are being made pizza is loaded with a shitload of cheese with no meat pizza sauce is there in trace amounts really saddened at how fast it changed ..the burger an fries arnt to bad but thees are 4 places in town the serve a good burger in town hoping management sees this review an takes it into account ..miss the good pizza curie good luck
For such a nice small town. The food here is delicious. With a very friendly staff. Don't pass this place by.
basically the embodiment of small town burger joint, older building, but the food is so damn good i try and get my family to mail it to me here in ontario but they dont listen to me, so i get to eat this delicious food maybe once a year :(
